We had a great camping experience in Ed and Lauren’s RV. The trailer was spacious and very clean and they were great at communicating with us.
Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- NO SMOKING - minimum $1,500 charge if evidence of smoking is found in camper.
- NO PETS - owner is allergic to pets so we cannot have them in our camper. Sorry, there are no exceptions due to health concerns for us. Deposit is forfeited if animals go inside of camper.
- We ask you empty and flush wastewater and grey water tanks upon completion of the trip (unless you pre-pay for this service). If you pre-pay for the emptying of the black and grey tanks, it is $150.
- Please empty all trash and clean up any spills right away. Anything above our normal cleaning may incur a charge.

Any post trip fees incurred, including overages for mileage or generator use, are subject to an administrative fee and any taxes required by law.
