Kailyn and her staff were a pleasure to work with. We had the trailer delivered to us which is one of the benefits they provide to customers and a huge help for us! The trailer was clean and they also provided us with any extras we asked for that they were able to provide. We had a great time and then they came and picked it up as well.
Good experience
We faced some challenges overall with the RV rental that need to be shared so others are aware. The main issue was lack of communication with the owner when we came across issues. First was drop off and pickup follow thru. We prearranged for a drop off date and time and the RV was one hour late. Okay we managed.
Everything with the camper and owner have been great. Thank you
Had an excellent time camping with this RV. Exactly as described. Lots of space, clean and stocked full with all the extras! Especially loved the Keurig machine and coffee pods. The extra chairs and camping rug were also very useful. Communication with Kailyn was easy and she was very responsive. Would definitely recommend the RV to family and friends.
