- DRUGS / SMOKING - No illegal or illicit drugs allowed. No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed inside the trailer.
- PETS / ANIMALS- All pets must be crated when left unsupervised.
- SECURING FOR TRANSIT- Awning must be secured in the closed position for traveling and at any times when there is wind advisory. Outdoor kitchen mini-fridge must be secured during transit.
- DISCLAIMER** If camper is on uneven ground we cannot guarantee that the trailer will be level. While this trailer has stabilization jacks they are not leveling jacks.
