This was by far the best communication and above and beyond we have ever encountered. Tina was so accommodating and last minute around the holidays! We needed drop off and pickup as this was just on our property over Christmas for extra sleeping for extended family. It was set up in icy conditions and took down during heavy winds.

Easy pick up and return, the trailer is in great shape but used, so you don't feel like your the first user. Very well stocked, with Coffee and smores and all the things you may have forgotten. We couldn't find TV remote but that was probably best.

Trailer is fully setup, had all we needed from towels to basic cooking needs to outside chairs and lights.
Delivery to and pick up from winery was on time and as agreed.
Truly a fun positive experience!!
