Rental Rules

- 1.NO SMOKING in the RV. $250 fee if there are signs of smoking. 2.) Black/Grey tanks must be emptied and flushed before returning the RV. If you do not do this, you will be charged a $200.00 fee.
- 3) The renter must participate in a mandatory walkthrough of the RV.
- 4.) Pick Up and Drop off times are given a 30-minute window. Anything outside this window will result in a $30 per every half-hour late fee. Anything after 6 pm will be charged the full daily rate.
- 5.) Only put 1 ply toilet paper down the toilet. No other items are permitted. Throw away all other items as they could clog and damage the toilet.
- 6.) The awning must be monitored at all times during use. The awning is not to be used during high winds.

This RV was perfect for our family of 4. Enough space for us to sleep and store our belongings comfortably for 2 weeks and very easy to drive. Sunshine was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had. Would highly recommend for a fun family getaway.
Sunshine was absolutely amazing and super responsive to all my questions. She was extremely thorough in the walk through and the RV is impeccable. Would definitely rent Bessie again!
