Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Dogs only, no cats
- Use awning carefully. $500 minimum fee with be charged for any damage to the awning
- Take note of return time. Extended return time may be requested, but may not be available. $20 per hour will be charged, up to 4 hours, for late return. More than 4 hours late, a full day charge.
- No Smoking. $500 fine.
- You break it, you tell us! We completely understand that things happen, but we need to know so we can fix it for the next group!
