- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Not available for rent for festivals. Absolutely no Burning Man!
- A $200 late fee will be charged if not returned on time, unless previous notification and agreement are reached.
- RV must be returned with full fuel tank and cleaned or will be charged.
- A $250 fee will be charged if we smell smoke. Marijuana or cigarette.
- Absolutely no drugs in the RV.
