- Minimum renter age of 25 not allowed
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No Smoking or vaping inside or outside of the rv with 15ft. all windows and doors must be closed when smoking 15ft away from the rv. Any evidence of smioking will result in $1,000 fine
- No Burning Man or Coachella
- No climbing on the roof and no storing things on the roof, damage to the solar panels could occur and any evidence of this will result in fines
- No off-roading
