- Trailer is to be returned in the condition it was picked up in. If this is not done there will be a $150 cleaning fee. A $300 deep cleaning fee is applicable if required.
- Small & medium dogs are allowed (fee applies), no cats. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Puppies need to be crated when they are in the RV unsupervised. All pets must be approved in advance.
- Propane tanks will leave full and are to be returned full. A fee of $50 is charged for the refill of propane tanks should it be necessary.
- Waste tanks must be empty upon return or else there will be a $150 fee applied.
