The camper didn’t come with the essentials and it wasn’t clean. Also, there are obvious signs of wear and tear throughout the whole camper but when the blinds stopped working the owner claimed it as damages upon return and dragged their feet with the claim process. I would not recommend.
Heather and Jeff were great and the trailer was excellent! Tons of space, clean and very nice. Jeff was very helpful on the pickup explaining things and everything went great!
We rented from Heather and Jeff and they made our experience very easy and were easy to communicate with through the whole experience. The RV was nice and spacious for our family of 5. We have a 2, 3 and 7 year old.
Clean, well-maintaned RV with more amenities than I was expecting. Everything went really well. Jeff was great with the set-up, walk-through, and answering additional questions. I'd be happy to rent again for next year's event.
Renting from Heather and Jeff was a great experience. Their communications were always prompt, clear and concise. Jeff was very thorough in reviewing all of the RV’s features and functions during the pick up process (especially for first timers like us). The RV was spotless and comfortable, with a nice modern decor.
Heather and Jeff were great to rent from. The communication, and planning was great. The RV is in great shape and was perfect for my family. I would recommend renting from Heather and Jeff and hopefully I get to rent from them again in the future.
