We had a great experience overall , there was a issue with the hot water heater, and it was not cleaned well when we picked the RV up
Jeremy has great even answered a question at 10pm Christian was a top notch gentleman very patient and thorough with explain everything.
New Firestone tires all around and all services up to date great place We are going to be renting that unit and main other he has.

This was a first time experience for my wife and I and we were somewhat pleased. The pickup and communication was good, however when we were at our campsite we found out the water pump was not working. Like all campers, we improvised. The overall experience was good.
Nice RV. Sure would rent again. Great People and are easy to work with.
Jeremy was very attentive to our questions we had along the way. The fridge never worked which was extremely disappointing - had to throw out a bunch of food once we discovered it. Fortunately they had a cooler available. The fridge handle was broken but didn’t really need it once we used the cooler. The toilet seat cover was broken that we fixed.
