This was a first time experience for my wife and I and we were somewhat pleased. The pickup and communication was good, however when we were at our campsite we found out the water pump was not working. Like all campers, we improvised. The overall experience was good.

Jeremy was very attentive to our questions we had along the way. The fridge never worked which was extremely disappointing - had to throw out a bunch of food once we discovered it. Fortunately they had a cooler available. The fridge handle was broken but didn’t really need it ...
