- Once camper has been delivered to the campsite of your choice, it is not to be moved for the duration of your stay, at which point I will return to pick it up.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING. If I determine the unit has been smoked in, you will be charged an additional fee of no less than $1,000.
- Absolutely NO PETS ALLOWED. If I determine a pet has been kept inside the unit, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500.

Great RV, we used Seth’s camper for 4 nights to attend a 3 day church conference. We paid for delivery and pickup and that was awesome. Seth is really good at Hosting and he has a nice trailer to offer. There is no hiding that the camper has been use, but it is in fine shape and we would be happy to rent it again if ever back to that part of the USA. Thanks so much Seth.
Absolutely the best experience! The RV is so specious, the kids have their own room, loved the recliners, and Seth’s service is top notch. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
