Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Both Gray and Black tanks must be dumped before returning RV.
- For trips lasting one week or more, the Propane tank must be full upon return.
- Small Dogs are allowed;however, there will be additional cleaning fees for any messes or damage not cleaned up or repaired before returning Rv. No other pets are allowed.
- All renters will be subject to additional cleaning fees if the condition of cleanliness is above the standard clearning fee.
