Sleeps 8 comfortably. The dinette turns into a a full size bed.
There is one TV in the main area as well as a built in AM/FM radio that will play inside & outside of the camper.

- The Trailer should be clean at pick up. A cleaning fee of $150-$500 will be taken out of deposit if left dirty Smoking/Vaping fee will result in $250.00 fee
- Trailer toilets should be flushed with plenty of water and absolutely no baby wipes, feminine products, or regular toilet paper should ever be flushed. There will be plenty of RV toilet paper provided
- Black & Grey tank is your responsibility to empty. A $250 fee will be deducted from your deposit if it is not dumped
- Awning is not covered by insurance. Renter is 100% responsible for any and all damages.
- Pets will result in $250.00 cleaning fee

This was an easy transaction and everything was as described. The camper is very spacious and has ample sleeping accommodations. The Flemming’s were great to work with and we look forward to working with them next year.
