This camper is a 2007 camper that feels and looks a lot newer. It is light weight and easy to pull with my 1500 truck. It is 25 feet and comfortably sleeps 6 but has more room for more. Private Master bed with a memory foam top. It is very clean and well taken care of. It has outdoor speakers and the awning is gently used.

Generator is not provided. Camper will require a power hookup or a minimum of 3000W Generator or 2 X 2000W Generators in tandum to run the AC. A single 2000w Generator can run the basic electrical services but not the Air Conditioning.

Nice, clean, very roomy RV with super cold air conditioner. We had one issue with the ac and they drove an hour and a half round trip to help us. We were so grateful for their kindness!

Rented camper from Sherry and her husband for our annual tubing trip. We usually tent it but we had a baby last year and wanted something alittle more sound for the baby with the heat and everything. This camper was GREAT! It was the perfect size for us and everything with it was great and really made camping with a baby so much easier.
