Excellent rental, Excellent service. We are newbies to RVing and this was a good experience. Chase was extremely responsive and answered all our questions quickly and patiently. His extra ordinary service made this a great trip for all of our family and our 4 footed friend.
our first rented RV experience. it was perfect, Chase always communicated in a timely and very clear way. RV was as expected and everything went smooth
We loved the RV experience, and renting from Chase made it easy. Included videos were especially good for novice RV person. I probably loaded the videos another 3-4 over course of the trip for various answers. Altogether we loved our camping trip with this RV, and would rent again!

The propane alarm went off every 30 minutes in the night and we couldn’t sleep at all. We were using the heater since it was chilly. So we shut off the heater assuming there’s something wrong. We couldn’t smell anything but the alarm kept going off every 30 minutes from 1 am to 5 am. The tank was near empty even though we hardly used it so there was definitely something off.

We believe you had to have something open (like the stove) as a technician looked at the alarm and heater and there was nothing faulty. Also, no other renter has experienced this problem before or since and we've had 3 renters since your booking.
Overall great experience with Chase. He was very responsive and accurate in RV description. The s’mores and wine were the perfect touch. I would definitely rent from Chase again!
