- No smoking allowed
- If RV is returned with less than a full tank of gas, then there is a $25 charge + the cost of gas to refill the tank.
- If RV is returned with less than a full tank of propane, then there is a $50 charge + the cost of propane to refill the tank.
- If RV is returned and the black & grey tanks are not empty, there will be a $200 charge to dump the tanks.
