- Rental units MUST be returned by 10 AM or there is a $50/hr late fee.
- There is no smoking inside of the trailer. Any smoke smell, including campfire smoke will result in a $500 fee.
- No weekend pick up or drop offs.
- If tank(s) are not dumped before returning from the rental, it will result in a $25 per tank fee.
- Dog(s) must be 40 lbs or less & can be added to the reservation for $12/night. If evidence of a dog is found and it was not disclosed at the time of reservation there will be a $500 fee.
