- No smoking allowed
- Contiguous United States Only (Canada and Mexico travel will void insurance) No off-road adventures... not my rules; No sand dunes. No pets on the furniture. No cats allowed, small dogs only.
- No indoor smoking / vaping or around propane tanks. No one is allowed on the roof. Please clean up after your visit
- No grease, oil, or food in the sink. While cooking please open and run ceiling vents. No baby wipes, feminine products, or unapproved bathroom tissue are allowed to be flushed.
- Provided water pressure regulator and filter are required when setting up camp. Dining room chairs and table must remain indoors. A/C unit and a high output furnace. 68 degrees recommended.
- A completely self-sustained rig. Windows, slides, doors, awnings, front door handle, drawers, items, and stabilizing jacks must be secured and in the travel position. Please call for questions.
30 amp service, 5 acres, firepit, Pacific Raceways practically in the backyard.
