- No indoor smoking / vaping or around propane tanks. No one is allowed on the roof. Please clean up after your visit
- No grease, oil, or food in the sink. While cooking please open and run ceiling vents. No baby wipes, feminine products, or unapproved bathroom tissue are allowed to be flushed.
- Provided water pressure regulator and filter are required when setting up camp. Dining room chairs and table must remain indoors. A/C unit and a high output furnace. 68 degrees recommended.
- A completely self-sustained rig. Windows, slides, doors, awnings, front door handle, drawers, items, and stabilizing jacks must be secured and in the travel position. Please call for questions.

Good overall experience. The owner was great and the camping was fun.
Great renters. Good communication and had all of the linens in the shower, thank you! We like to make room for learning and found that the renters needed a longer receiver pin, locking style. thank you for your patience! Glad we could make your adventure great!
Garrett was so great to work with and the camper was fantastic! He took the time to walk us through all the amenities and where to find anything we would need. Pick up and drop off were seamless and he went the extra mile to stock it all. Everything worked perfectly and we had such a wonderful vacation.

Garrett is amazing!!! Had a planned rental fall through and with 30 people inbound from seven different states for my father’s memorial I was in one hell of a pinch! He showed up, set everything up, brought his wife and son even! We got to hang out for a bit and chat, could not give a higher recommendation… truly a fantastic experience and my NH family was thrilled with the accommodations!
