- RV must be returned with full gas tank, full propane, empty waste tanks, and cleaned. Failure to do so will result in post-trip fees. $6/gal for fuels; $25 for waste tanks; $100 excessive cleaning fee
- Please respect our time by arriving for pickup and drop off at the agreed upon time. Failure to do so can affect our jobs/other plans for the day. Being more than 15min late results in a $50/hr fee.
- Whether it's the RV or just a bath towel, please let us know if something gets damaged. Minor damage often causes major problems later. Failure to notify us of damage will result in a $50 fee+repairs.

One thing that is out of owner control is that you should expect this type of RV to be a bit noisy inside when moving down the road. (As new RV renters we were surprised.
Pam and Jesse's RV was the perfect fit for our road trip as a family of four, with two young children. The RV was as described with linens, cooking utensils and camp chairs. This helped with reducing the amount of items needing to be brought on this trip. Pam and Jesse were super accommodating for delivery and pick up of the RV. They both were very quick to respond when needed. Thank you!!
Niki, thank you for your review and for holding us accountable regarding our pre-trip cleanings! It never would have occurred to me to check the broom cupboard for dog hair. Regarding the floor, when we received your review, my husband and I had a "wait, I thought*you* did the mopping" moment. Many hands make light work, but too many cooks in the kitchen can cause things to get missed, I guess.
