- No smoking, please. If it is determined that there was any smoking of anything inside, an additional $200 fee will be charged for the additional sanitizing, detection, and elimination of any odors.

- Please be prepared to text me pictures of the front only of your driver's license after booking, as well as pictures of other verified driver's licenses (in addition to sending them to this agency).

We loved the camper and had a great time. We made a cross country trip to visit an old friend of mine.
That being said, I was not impressed with the roadside service that RB share uses. They sent someone out to change a flat tire and didn't do it correctly, causing other issues, and then told me I needed to find a technician myself to fix the issue when we were on the other side of the country.
This was our first RV rental and so as novices this was a learning experience. There were a few issues with the equipment but George was very helpful, fair and communicative. I found him thorough, fair and available during the trip.
I take full responsibility for the condition of the RV for Matthew's trip. I missed some of the cleaning items and incorrectly thought that a few other issues were correctly repaired and it turned out that they were not. Mathew was extremely patient and very professional. We discussed the issues and came to an agreement that we shook hands on. Matthew and family are welcome back at any time.
Just Don't!!! This is an crappy old rickety RV that somebody slapped a really poor coat of paint on. The generator doesn't work. The gas didn't work. We had no stove, no refrigerator, no heat, no hot water. The roof leaked over both beds. And, the owner doesn't care. He blamed everyone else instead of having the RV ready and working.
I forgive you Scott for this pack of lies. You used the generator the whole trip and only complained that it was noisy. The propane issue caused all the other items not to work. Since I took full responsibility for the issues by giving you 100% of your money back, this review is just nonsense. I hope that you can take trips in the future that are free of problems.
