- Propane tanks will be full at the beginning of your stay. Propane tanks must be full upon checkout. Tanks that aren't full will incur a $25 fee.
- If you would like for us to dump the black and gray tanks, it will be an additional fee of $50.
- Maximum two dogs. $20 per night per pet. NO BREED RESTRICTIONS. We have a pittie and love him.
