Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- This is a SMOKE FREE unit. Any evidence of smoking inside camper will automatically forfeit your deposit.
- Absolutely NO standing, climbing or sitting on top of camper/awning.
- Sewage must be dumped by renter or will result in a $150 fee. You can “add on” this option for owner to do.
- $100 fee for lost keys and/or remotes.
- Unit must be returned in condition issued. Please wash dishes, empty garbage, clean bathroom & fridge & sweep. Bleating supplies, broom/dustpan available for use.
If you book on one of the Holiday peak season dates, an additional one time fee of $150 will be charged due to high volume for these dates. Thank you!
