Trailer is in need of thorough cleaning, cigarette smell would not go away. Ceiling vent did not work, water hook up was leaking and needed fixing upon arrival of site. Refrigerator leaked refrigerant and did not work. One of the rear support bars did not work, mattress stained, runner rug needs to be thrown out.

1. The rental just before yours had a guest with a dog who also smoked indoors, so there was a slight lingering odor and needed some time to clear up. I cleaned the carpet and other areas with a Dyson vacuum while you were present, and also used Febreze. You were invited to check for any possible smell indoor before your stay, and currently, there is no smoke odor.
Everything went as planned
Vipin was extremely helpful in getting me reacquainted with towing and camping life. He answered my questions and sent helpful videos.
I highly recommend not relying on the fridge in the camper and to use the other fridge at no additional cost. Unfortunately, all of my refrigerated food needed to be discarded because it did not stay cool.
Vipin made our first RV-rental experience a breeze! He was incredibly responsive to all messages, and he went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered and walked us through the hook-up process. The Casita was exactly what we needed for our weekend camping trip, and we hope to rent again from Vipin in the future. Highly recommended!
Nice trailer, camped on Cape Cod
Both Vipin and his camper are perfect! Vipin was very patient and very accommodating with showing how everything is setup and with the pick up and drop offs. I also love this camper’s size and lack thereof with the bells and whistles. Small enough to go just about anywhere but roomy enough to sleep comfortably. We don’t need a TV or anymore electronics when camping.
