Had issues with this rental and ended up working on this unit instead of enjoying our trip. Cut our trip short by a day and was told I would be credited the days rental and even received email notification of of $171 due but only credited $100 AFTER emailing for over 2 months. This rental occurred March 7, 2024 and today is June 13, 2024!
Great experience very friendly. One stand was a little bent so had to use truck jack to properly level. Owner already has it in queue for repair. Thanks guys.
The rental was great, no issues!! Would definitely rent with Stephanie again.
Had a few technical issues (because we're novices when it comes to campers). Made a call to the owner and they graciously walked us through the fixes.
Would definitely rent again from owners and trailer was clean and suitable size for our needs.
Stephanie and Mike were great to work with. Pick up was easy. Drop off was fast. Easy to haul. We used the camper as additional sleeping area for out of town guests at our daughters wedding. We would definitely book again if we have the need
