RENTER BEWARE
This van has many issues. Service maintenance has been neglected. The van had not been cleaned from the previous user. There were pretzels on the floor under the driver’s seat and spilled soda drinks on both the driver and passenger side inside door panels and on the floor in front of the head.
I appreciate your candid feedback and I apologize for the issues you encountered. I attempted to refund cleaning fees as a gesture of goodwill. I hope you enjoyed your camping trip despite the inconveniences.
I understand that this was your first RV rental and you may not have been aware of some of the quirks and features of the van.
Raul was absolutely wonderful. We made the booking last minute and he was extremely helpful, kind, and generous the entire way. I cannot recommend working with him enough!

The owner is one cool cat, he stayed in touch the entire time. Answered all questions an was very thorough with the walk through. The camper was very clean an ready to go when we arrived as well. I highly recommend this camper not only for the unit itself but the owner was absolutely on point. I will be back for sure.
