Great level of communication that made a 1st time RV'er very comfortable in the renting, driving and camping experience. Josef's response to any and all questions and concerns was phenomenal. This was a major plus for me. The only thing negative I would say about the RV is that the house battery on it was virtually dead.

This rental was everything we were looking for and far exceeded my expectations. Josef was available for any questions that I had and also was very accommodating when bad weather caused a delay in the return. I would 100% rent from again.
