Renting from Katelyn was simple and easy. The unit was perfectly clean and her communication was quick and instructions were clear. We would recommend Katelyn's trailer and experience to others. We did have to bring bedding for the bunks and our own outside chairs, but we knew this before the pickup so could prepare.
This trailer was perfect for our family vacation. trailer was very clean upon pick up and had everything we needed Katelyn was very helpful when we had questions great value!
the TV was broken when we received the trailer, and we notified the owner. we needed the TV for entertainment for us and the kids, which was a big deal. and we are getting charged for a glass top that covered the stove that got broke mixing a salad on....
We had a great time! Everything on the trailer was in working order. We would definitely rent this again!
