If there was a 0 for stars they would get it. We booked this RV last minute (Saturday night) to go camping with family up North (pickup was Tuesday). However we ended up getting Covid on Monday. We contacted the owner to let them know we had to cancel. They said to contact customer support.

Exactly, generator isn't included, however, you haven't checked beforehead with us or read the listing details, we are very flexible on reservations and little details. We expected a bad review from you, because you wanted to cancel your reservation, but still ended up taking the RV, when you didn't want to.
