Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 26
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Empty all tanks prior to pickup. Start with black water, then gray water, and finish with fresh water tank.
- Wash and put away all dishes and secure loose items.
- Sweep clean, turn off propane, close awning, and retract slides prior to pickup.
- No parties but have fun. Be respectful of the unit and treat it with care. Travel trailers are not as durable as a home and must be treated gently.

Relax and listen to the sounds of nature including owls, crickets, and other wildlife or just wonder at the amazingly clear views of the stars at night. Electric and water hookups provided.
