It started off well, he provided videos of how to do everything which was very helpful. Pick up was a breeze. We got it to our first destination and the AC stopped working, which made it impossible to sleep in. He tried to troubleshoot with us and after a day or two we got it working again. It wasn’t as clean as we would have hoped.
Brad was awesome! The camper is awesome. He was very communicative. He supplied all bedding and kitchenware, and bath towels, etc. lots of fun games for the family, movies, camping chairs, etc. everything listed in the rental plus some. Thank you Brad for providing an awesome rental with minimal stress.
Brad was super responsive and pick up and drop off were extremely easy.
The trailer was great and had everything we needed. I would definitely rent from Brad again.
