Everything was perfect with our reservation--pre-communication, pickup, directions, the vehicle itself, and the return. Ward was easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. We loved the RV and it was perfect for our camping trip. Easy to drive, well equipped, and exactly what we needed. We highly recommend this vehicle.
We had an amazing road trip/vacation! We went over 1800 miles with no incidents and the few questions we had in the beginning Ward got back to us immediately and solved them by a simple text. We would not hesitate to rent from him again! This was the 1st camper we rented with automatic levelers and will definitely not rent one without them! It made it so much quicker to set up. THANK YOU!
So many positive things to say about this rental experience:
* Communication with Walt was fantastic - ran into an issue along the way and he coached me through it patiently and with a good outcome.
* The Isata 3 was well equipped with pretty much everything needed aside from bringing our own food, pillows, clothing, etc. I brought a portable, handheld vacuum to clean up pine needles, debris.
Really an excellent experience and would try to rent via Ward again. His rig is complete, fully working and easy to use. After the third day of glamping, we were setup in only a matter of 3min. No sweat. Ward took his time to refresh me on setup and details that allowed us to hit the road running.
Wonderful first RV rental experience. Very clean and comfortable. Helpful videos make learning easy. Ward was great to work with and we are looking forward to our next adventure!
Ward was a great host and the RV is great. Very clean and organized. Ward was also very responsive and accommodating when we had to pick and drop off the RV.
