- NO dumping of grease food or ANYTHING down any drains other than water soap! ONLY use toilet paper supplied by us! ABSOLUTELY NO LADY PRODUCTS IN TOILET!
- If something happens due to YOUR negligence and we have to come out to repair and or operate something for you that can’t be handled by phone we will deduct $50 min from your security deposit
- IF USING GENERATOR ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE MICROWAVE AND AC/HEAT AT THE SAME TIME CUT ONE OFF USE THEN CUT BACK ON

Larry and Kathy are amazing people. We had a personal emergency that cut our trip short. They were accommodating and understanding. They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and were comfortable with how everything worked when the RV arrived. The RV was nice and slept 4 adults with plenty of room for baggage. I would definitely rent from them again.
