- Smoking/vaping will result in a $250 cleaning fee
- Pets will result in $250 cleaning fee
- Use provided toilet paper only. $100 plumbing fee will be charged if toilet is left plugged from baby wipes, feminine products or non camper friendly toilet paper
- awning is not covered by insurance renter is fully responsible for repair or replacement 100% from pocket if they chose to use the awning and it is damaged
- Camper should be left clean and in the condition it was delivered. $150-500 fee if not depending condition
