- Beach camping is allowed in certain areas. Certain conditions will apply to renter. Weather conditions must be favorable! An additional fee WILL apply for cleaning, maintenance, & parts.
- Pet policy: 2 pet max. Message for exceptions. A nonrefundable pet cleaning fee will be assessed. Failing to disclose that pets will be staying will result in a dirty return fee. No pets on linens
- Be respectful of the unit and everything in it. We understand kids, pets, and life but request due diligence be taken to ensure it's returned in the condition it was taken. Please report damage.
