I assumed the Queen sized bed would have a regular Queen size mattress on it- it had memory foam only- and the sheets were silky and the blanket kept falling off the bed. I didn’t sleep at all the first night. There was a K-Cup coffee maker ONLY- and no K-CUP provided!
Hi so sorry you did not have the best experience with our trailer. There is a mattress underneath the memory foam topper, which is listed in our RV description as well as nowhere states we provide the K-CUPS, we just provide the Keurig.
The screen door was temporarily fixed until our new one came in, our previous renters had no issue with it, I am sorry you did.
This was our first time renting an RV and Kristinne made everything smooth, from our arrival to departure. The RV itself was better than I had imagined. Our kids enjoyed their space in the bunk bed area, my husband and I had our own space. We didn’t have to spend extra to get plates, cookware, utensils, flatware and such as it was provided by the owners. Our favorite feature was the fireplace!
This was a wonderful experience, I would not hesitate to rent this trailer again.
