We love outdoor activities and really enjoyed traveling and staying in this RV. We got it in 2019 just before the pandemic started. When there were a lot of restrictions around, this RV helped us still travel and go on the trips that we wanted. It's easy to drive around and set up. It made us have fun outdoor while still having relevant convenient life. We also really take care of this equipment.

We loved our trip with our two boys in the Chateau! We had a great experience renting, and received excellent communication from Hui. She answered all of our questions, and was available while on our trip, if needed. Everything worked wonderfully and the RV was extremely clean and well maintained! Grateful for such a lovely vacation together with our family, and being able to rent from Hui!
This was our first time traveling in an RV. The rental experience went smoothly and stress free. The owner was flexible in setting up the pickup and return and did a great job describing all the features of the RV.
