Easy to use and setup at any location. Great for dry camping, or anywhere that has power. It has everything you need. Bluetooth radio and DVD player with a nice fold down TV in living room area.

Black tank and cleaning fee are both fees that get charged if not returned the same way it was received from myself, pictures will be taken before and after each rental.

The trailer was great. Good layout and mechanically sound. When we picked up the rental, I confirmed that we would clean the interior of the trailer before returning.
We returned the trailer cleaner than we received it, but were later charged a cleaning fee with an explanation that "it's charged on every rental.
Had a great time and experience with this toy hauler. Very clean spacious and everything works on it. The owner Richard and his wife were so kind and helpful!
