Bought the trailer 2 years ago and have gone out numerous times. A great, good sized RV trailer for 6-8 people. We are a local family, and have rented RVs for several years and decided it was time to buy our own RV.

My review would mimic the prior review from Joel .
Susan, I didn't expect you to leave a review, but appreciate that you did, because I do think that you bring up a few good points. I did screw up and forget the propane hose for my generator. Luckily you had a family member there with another generator and I was going to credit you 1/3 of the dry camping fee because I forgot the propane hose (I'm very sorry).
Michael was a great host - clear communication prior to and during the rental, clear expectations on what was provided and on time for pickup and drop off. We had a great time at Casini and this RV was perfect!

Dry camped for 7 days, 3 grandkids, wife. (I do not like leaving negative reviews but next renters need to know what their renting)
Pros: Mike was polite,curtious,responsive, wanting to please.
Cons: I don't understand all the 12 reviews I read. I based my rental on these reviews, very misleading. It is unfortunate the next renters will rely on previous reviews.
Joel, I am very sorry to read your review. It is disheartening actually. For you to say all of this on the site, but not speak with me about your concerns at the beginning, during, or end of your rental is discouraging. I checked in with you numerous times and offered to come out and fix any problems that you had on two different occassions.
We had a great experience with Michael and thoroughly enjoyed his awesome trailer with our large family.
