Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Only the included RV toilet paper should be flushed.
- Both tanks (grey and black) must be emptied before returning. If not emptied, a $75 charge will be added. Renters shall inform the owner if tanks were used and not emptied.
- Additional cleaning fees may apply if the camper isn’t returned in the condition it was received.
- The awning should be retracted when leaving or going in for the night.
Bedding can be provided for the queen bed at the front of the camper at no cost. Just send me a message to request it. Bedding will not be provided for the bunks in the rear of the camper. For sanitary reasons, please bring your own towels and washcloths, as they are not provide...
