Due to my personal schedule, delivery and pickup are only available on Fridays and Saturdays. This camper has a queen bed in the front and a bunk bed on each side in the rear. A total of 5 beds. The dining room table also turns into a bed, and the couch flips out into a 7th bed. This camper is very nice with a full kitchen, and a built-in griddle and mini-fridge on the outside as well.

We have always enjoyed camping. This is the first brand new camper we ever bought. We've decided to rent it out, so other people can enjoy nature as much as we do.

Rental Rules
- No pets
- No festivals
- No tailgating
- No smoking
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Only the included RV toilet paper should be flushed.
- Both tanks (grey and black) must be emptied before returning. If not emptied, a $75 charge will be added. Renters shall inform the owner if tanks were used and not emptied.
- Additional cleaning fees may apply if the camper isn’t returned in the condition it was received.
- The awning should be retracted when leaving or going in for the night.
