The owner set up the trailer and "WOW'd" us with all the extras! Camp chairs, grills and a propane tank so we could cook outside, a place to do dishes outside as well, a huge rug in front of the steps to the trailer to keep the dirt down, and a huge ice chest. The built in vac made clean up really easy. Everything was well stocked. Loved the awning with the lights.
