Eric was a nice person to work with but his RV should be retired. I am grateful we made to and from our destination. The generator worked for one hour before it shut down and it was a hot day with no air conditioning. My family was disappointed and I spent a lot of money for two days of not being able to stay inside the RV due to the heat.
The Generator is less than 6 weeks old. It would have been nice to be given the chance to assist when the generator stopped running, but I wasn't given the chance to assist.
Eric is a great and responsive owner that we enjoyed meeting and working with this past week. He was patient and helpful as he explained all the details about the camper to us “novice” campers!
The camper met our expectations, was reliable and It was easy to drive!

It was great to rent from Eric. Eric was incredibly available and accommodating. Unfortunately, the generator went out on us at the beginning of our trip I share that to share Eric’s response, help and willingness to make right/good in the midst of not having a generator was much appreciated and kind with campsites along our journey as well as a replacement generator. The RV worked well.
