Tiffany was very nice and amazing with communication, getting back to us so quickly, and making sure we had everything we needed from bedsheets to cleaning products. Her husband delivered the camper on time, and set up it up very quickly. He was very informative on everything. They made sure we knew all the info and had their contact information incase of any emergency.
Justin was very helpful and helped explain all the safety protocols. They were responsive and helpful throughout the process. The trailer itself was roomy and comfortable and easily hooked up to my Tayota Tacoma.
This was our families first travel trailer experience ever so we were a little nervous. The experience was wonderful though. Tiffany was quick to answer on the app. Pick up was smooth and detailed with what’s need for setting everything up. The trailer was stocked with everything you could need which made the first trip super simple. Don’t forget to pick up some of their eggs before your trip!
Got off to a slow start with communications but improved greatly with time. Drop off and pickup were seamless. Rented the unit for additional sleeping space for a Christmas family gathering and it worked out fabulously. Rated amenities as a three as some were unavailable due to winter usage and others were not used at all.
