Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Occupancies over 6 guests must be pre-approved.
- No animals permitted.
- No smoking inside; owner has severe sensitivity to cigarette and cigar smoke. If smoking outside of camper, please be sure no camper windows or doors are open.
We do ask you either clean the camper before return-or we charge a $150 cleaning fee. We also ask you empty the Black and Grey tanks before return or you will be charged a $300 dump fee.
