Great communication I'll give them that. Mistakes were made on all ends of our entire Mid-Ohio camping experience we were involved in. The guy driving the truck to pull the camper seemed pretty clueless...struggled to park the RV in a football field spot. they aren't prepared for any curve balls whatsoever.
My family had a great experience. This trailer is easy to tow, very clean, and had plenty of space for me, my wife, and two kids. Both Sandi and Steve are great people. The communication was top notch and they both make the renting process easy and enjoyable. I will absolutely look to rent from them again in the future.
