Very flexible and easy to work with.
Buyer Beware with this company.
We rented a camper for the weekend from NWI Party Rentals, resulting in a terrible outcome. We showed up to the camper Friday night, with the entire floor covered in approximately 1" of water stemming from a leak in the bathroom. We contacted Bailey immediately, who offered to send a mechanic the next day to fix the issue.
Everything was nice and went very smoothly
