Two couches in the living area that fold out to sleep 4 additional people on the comfortable Versa lounge.

- Welcome to our beautiful camper! This is also our home away from home. We ask that you treated with respect. Please Make sure you remove all of your personal belongings when checking out.
- Please also remove all food and trash from the inside and outside kitchen of the camper.
- We bring the camper to you. You handle booking the site at the campground of your choice in Cape May County. You are not authorized to move the camper once it is placed at the site.
- Most importantly, enjoy yourself, laugh, make s’mores, play, go on an adventure! We hope you make as many memories as we have inside and outside!
- No Smoking allowed! You are not permitted to move the trailer once it has been placed on the site. If you ever have an issue don’t hesitate to call us! We are local and can be there to help!

I rented Collins for 10 days and it was perfect for our familiy of 6. Communication was good with Jessica & Erik. Had a small issue with the shower and Erik came quickly to fix the problem.
One of the things that can make a vacation stressful is the unknown. The Collins definitely took that part of any stress away and allowed us to focus on enjoying our vacation. The communication from day one was great, promptly answering any questions we had about the camper. They even checked in during the vacation to make sure we weren't having issues with the camper.
