The communication leading up to the rental was great. However, that was the only positive part to the entire experience. The rental was received with no propane, a non-working indoor fridge and freezer, and a non working oven.
Rick was super to work with! He replied to communication quickly & answered all of our questions. Very helpful and accommodating. We would rent again with no hesitation!
Ricardo was fantastic. He was always very responsive anytime we had a question or a need. Having the camper available and cooled down in the summer heat at the facility where our daughter was competing was extremely convenient!
