- Renter will contact and inform the Owner of any damage to the unit during use, no matter how small
- Renter will follow all checklists prior to departure and drop off. Checklists are provided by the owner at time of pickup
- Renter will clean the unit prior to drop off, ensuring all items are cleaned and put away properly
- Renter will not put an items other than biological matter and septic safe toiler paper down toilet. If something is placed in toilet during the renter's trip, they will be subject to damage costs.

Excellent experience with Brett and his RV
Brett and his wife made this rental happen for me last second. All was seamless and the RV treated us great.
We had a really nice trip renting this RV. No issues throughout the trip. Everything worked and the RV was stocked with all necessities (bedding, towels, utensils, pans, etc) with plenty of storage for all our gear. The stereo system was really nice with Apple Carplay, so navigation and music was top notch. Xbox 360 with games was great for the kids as well as a nice selection of DVDs.
