The Positive: Adam was great to work with. We were first-time RVers so we had a lot to learn. Fortunately, we were RVing with my brother and his wife who have their own RV so they were able to guide us throughout our trip. The Negative: When we picked up the RV, we mentioned to the person going through the RV with us that it was our first time. He didn't explain things all that well.
Adam’s RV had a great layout for our family of five to be comfortable all week. It was clean and the listing details were accurate. Communication was prompt and helpful and we appreciated the extra conveniences such as drop off/pickup service and an outdoor rug rental to use at our campsite.
Adam was a great host and answered all of my questions.
This was my first time renting\driving an RV. My family and I drove over 1,600 miles across many states and stopped at theme parks, campsites, restaurants, etc. This was a great way to enjoy the Road with the Family.
The RV fit all 5 of us comfortably. We had a great experience overall and were happy with the rental.
All I can Say is Thank You Adam. In a day were customer service and care is all but forgotten Adam went above and beyond. I have a large family and when the person who was suppose to pick us up from the airport got sick Adam jumped in and helped. He got us our RV ready early and stayed late so we could pick it up.
The process of renting was great. The RV it self was good as well. It was a rather expensive for what I needed it it for. I think that was more to do with the RV Share the service not the Adam the RV owner.
End-to-end this was a great rental experience. Adam was really flexible with our situation and the rig was spotless. I plan on renting again when we visit in October.
