If it were possible to give a negative star I would do so. To say their equipment was substandard is would be an insult to the term substandard. The rear A/C worked so badly that one of our pets we took with us suffered heat stroke and we had to drive to Santa Fe, NM to have him put to sleep.
Heather and Marc provided excellent communication, a very helpful run through of the RV and a great pick up and return experience. The RV is a well used 2009 model that runs well with all of it's features in good working order. We had a great time, thank you Heather and Mark.

Heathers RV was perfect for our needs and is well maintained.
This was our first experience with an RV. Heather was super helpful and friendly. Always available for questions and very patient with us as newbies. The RV is older but everything works - really appreciated the auto-cooling fridge and inverter for a CPAP machine! Just wish there were screens on all of the windows to keep out the bugs at night.
