- Absolutely no smoking or pets allowed. Evidence of either will result in loss of deposit and additional charges to have professionally returned to pet/smoke free state
- No chemicals or materials that would stain are allowed inside the RV. No chem lights/ Sharpies etc. Any damaged surfaces will be replaced at actual cost to renter even if it exceeds the deposit amount
